E-VIDYALAYA is an IoT-based system that connects gateway devices with classroom announcement speakers via a mobile application. Designed for schools and colleges, this platform automates announcements, schedules, and bell rings based on timetables, ensuring seamless communication.

Challenges

Understanding the technical aspects of the hardware workflow was a major challenge. The UI needed to make complex IoT functionalities easy to use for non-technical users. The biggest hurdle was simplifying the setup and management of classroom speakers within the app.

I created a visually engaging and intuitive UI by thoroughly analyzing the hardware workflow. The design looks modern and simplifies speaker connectivity, announcements, and class assignments. With an easy-to-use interface, even non-technical users can efficiently manage school schedules and announcements, enhancing communication and automation in educational institutions.
